My philosophy is that fitness is a holistic state of mind; if you believe it, you can achieve it. With an extensive background in physical training and athletics, it is my goal to create a fitness environment where my clients feel motivated, challenged, and empowered to become the best version of themselves–all while having fun.

Credentials: Certified Personal Trainer; First Aid/CPR-certified; Army Master Fitness Trainer; Certified Level-III Army Combat Fitness Instructor and Grader; Army Pregnancy Postpartum Physical Training (P3T) Exercise Leader and Instructor Trainer

Interests: Distance Running (marathoner), Strength Training, Hiking
